Bookkeeping clean-up services help organize your books and accurately maintain your financial records. As a business owner, it’s important to understand the financial health of your business before tax season. Your tax return relies on your bookkeeping: if your books are inaccurate or incomplete, errors can occur.
During tax season, we charge at minimum a $50 premium on top of our standard hourly rate for bookkeeping services performed during tax season and required to prepare a tax return (i.e., $200 per hour).
Yes, Vinayak CPA is a fully licensed CPA partnership under the California Board of Accountancy. We carry cyber liability insurance and errors and omissions (E&O) insurance to protect your data and our work.
Additionally, our Managing Partner is a licensed California CPA and completes ongoing continuing professional education (CPE). This ensure we stay updated with tax and accounting law changes, and can advise what tax benefits are available to you.
